Política de reembolso

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Items purchased on ranbass.com must be returned to ranbass.com only. They cannot be returned to a RANBASS Hall Consultant or Distributor.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.



Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or defaulted refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received a refund, please contact us at info@ranbass.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@ranbass.com.

gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver ordered the order to be shipped themselves to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
